a GEM in the heart

ideal location soundproofed room breakfast option helpful staff

The location was ideal. I found several restaurants and sights just steps away. The room was soundproofed. I slept peacefully EVERY night. The staff provided several options for breakfast. The menu had something for everyone.

The ventilation system seemed to have a slight delay adjusting to temperature changes.

perfect stay in the heart of everything

willing staff easy access delicious selection

the staff were always available and willing to assist with any request. i found the location to be amazing with easy access to various restaurants. i greatly appreciated the delicious breakfast each morning with a nice selection of items.

The elevator was a little slow at times. Still, it was not a major issue for me.

peeling paint lukewarm water

The whirlpool bath was advertised. it was only available for the suite. the paint on the bathroom fittings was peeling, and the water was barely lukewarm, almost cold. one evening, the door opener did not work.

i got early access, it helped a lot. the location had pedestrian access, so walking to shops and restaurants was nice. it was convenient!

i found the ventilation system was off, i was constantly too warm. the staff apologized, but they couldn't turn it on. it really impacted my sleep quality!
